During this time, he has worked for internationally renowned companies such as ALCOA, ZENDAL, and ECOFOREST, excelling in general management, business development, finance, and the integration of new companies.

Throughout his professional career, he has led a business group with revenues of over €50 million, driving a global growth strategy, expanding into new markets, and optimizing profitability.

In the M&A area, he was instrumental in the execution of several company acquisitions and joint ventures, achieving significant revenue growth and significantly improving EBITDA.

Jorge has a solid academic background as an Industrial Engineer, complemented by an Executive MBA and specializations in Business Valuation and Finance from the IESE Business School.

He has worked in sectors such as metallurgy, aerospace, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and renewable energy, with a presence in Europe, the United States, South America, the Middle East, and Asia.
